3D® Warranty guarantees 3D® products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the period of One (1) year after retail purchase from us.
This guarantee does not cover damages from improper installation, cosmetic conditions caused by normal wear, operation, willful abuse, or modification. Furthermore, it does not cover consequential damage or inconvenience caused by non-operation of the product. This warranty is non-transferrable.
If a 3D® product is suspected to be defective, contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- A photo of the product you received
- A photo of the product’s tag
- A photo of the defect
- An overall photo of your vehicle
- A proof of purchase for the warranty claim
All warranty returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number clearly marked on the outside of the carton being returned. The entire row must be returned, not just suspected defective part(s), shipped freight prepaid (unless otherwise specified). 3D® reserves the right to repair or replace the product.
A return label will be issued once photos are sent and and the warranty claim is approved. Additional photos or clarification may be requested from the customer in order to get a warranty claim approved. Customer Service will notify the customer of rejected claims.
This 3D® limited one (1) years warranty is given in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
All returns must be shipped to the following address & be sure to include a copy of RMA Form.
